Campus eLearning
CASE STUDY
A career path built around you.
Campus eLearning is Globant's internal platform where employees access tutorial videos and learning tracks created by specialists. The project came about to redesign a confusing structure that made it hard to find content relevant to each employee's role. The work covered research, benchmarking, information architecture, wireframes, user testing, and a complete UI overhaul, building a design system with tokens and styles in Figma for responsive screens in both light and dark mode. This system was later extended to other Globant platforms, such as MyGrowth, expanding its impact beyond this project.

01
UX: useful, accessible content.
A new content experience, designed so each role finds its own path to growth.
The research revealed that the lack of clear career paths was the main obstacle: a professional couldn't find the right content to keep advancing in their career and move up in seniority. Based on that finding, a benchmark was carried out to find the right way to organize content, translating those decisions into low-fidelity wireframes to test with users. The result was successful, paving the way for the next stage of the project.

02
A system that scales.
A token-based design system, built to adapt to any screen and mode.
I carried out a complete visual curation, reworking the entire branding to make it more accessible, keeping only the logo and a few brand colors. I designed a new design system for the platform, built with tokens in addition to styles, so components would automatically adapt to different screen sizes and switch to dark or light mode based on the user's settings, all fully responsive. This system was later implemented in MyGrowth as well, another internal Globant tool where employees see their completed courses and professional growth reflected.

03
Goals achieved.
Concrete results that transformed the way learning happens within the company.
Access to the right information.
Each employee finds content relevant to their role and their growth path, instead of navigating a generic catalog.
Certified accessibility.
The new UI was designed to meet accessibility standards (WCAG AAA), ensuring an inclusive experience for people with disabilities.
Content curation.
We worked with the content team to retire outdated courses and create new ones, ensuring what was available was truly relevant.
98%
positive adoption
Users adopted the new platform massively from launch.
MyGrowth integration.
Connected with this growth-tracking platform, making it possible to visualize everything the user has studied in order to advance to the next seniority level.
Shared design system.
The visual system extended to other internal Globant platforms, expanding the project's impact.

RESULT
The real impact.
Campus stopped being isolated and started reflecting the user's growth.
By solving the root problem — an information architecture that didn't account for the employee's profile — the platform achieved 98% adoption among internal users after launch. The integration with MyGrowth also gave the project an additional dimension: progress in Campus eLearning stopped being an isolated data point and became part of each employee's professional development tracking. The design system created for this project also extended to MyGrowth, expanding the work's impact beyond Campus eLearning.
